No rest for the wicked
Today was scheduled to be a rest day. With having to rearrange my strength training this week thanks to work, I found myself at Real Exercise this morning. As always, it was a challenging workout. Besides having a workout today, I also celebrate two things. One, from last week I have lost 6#. Two, this is day one of a 98% vegetarian lifestyle. As a matter of fact, I better get going and make a veggie pasta lunch.
